Refer us and get rewarded

We strongly believe in promoting our clients businesses wherever possible and would love for this to be reciprocal. As an added incentive, we have introduced a Client Referral Scheme, to demonstrate just how much we appreciate you taking the time to help us out.

here how it works

For every client you refer to us, we will then include a 10% discount on your next invoice from us.

Once your referral completes our registration process and makes payment of our invoice, we’ll pass your reward straight back to you.

Make sure you register your referral here, so we can make sure you get rewarded for each referral.

The Claim Process

Time is money for small business owners. That’s why we carry out the R&D claim process in the most efficient way possible.

01
step 1

Initial consultation

We book in a face to face meeting or telephone call with all clients, at which we will determine if any of your projects will potentially qualify for R&D tax credits.

02
Step 2

Information gathering

A member of the team will then be in touch to ascertain all the relevant information and supporting evidence required to start compiling the claim documentation.

03
Step 3

Report preparation

Using the information provided, we will draft the technical report and supporting cost summary to support the claim.

04
Step 4

Client review

We will distribute the draft report for review by your technical experts and agree on any required amendments. It is also at this point that the value of the tax credits will be communicated.

05
Step 5

Finalisation and submission

The R&D technical report is either submitted to HMRC directly or we will provide to your accountant for inclusion within the CT600 return.

06
Step 6

Tax credits awarded

Assuming HMRC do not have any queries, the benefit is then received. Cash refunds are typically credited to the company bank account within 4-6 weeks from submission.
